Following the recent updates to the City's development code, the City of Santa Fe's Planning and Land Use Department is creating a companion Development Review Guide, a practical resource that will outline how the development review and building permitting processes work in Santa Fe. Our goal is to make the existing process more predictable, transparent, and consistent for applicants, neighbors, staff, and all participants in the process by clearly documenting procedures, establishing clear policies, and identifying where better guidance is needed.
